Prior to finding FWFSB, I contacted multiple other companies that claimed to make IRA real estate loans, but none of them seemed interested in actually making loans. FWFSB is selective in the type of properties they will loan on in terms of age, location, etc. - as they should be. But trust me, if you bring a good deal their way then you can expect them to make every effort to get something worked out with you. Highly recommend them.
