Definitely not the best Panera I’ve been to, but I really appreciate that Rapid City has one. I am a huge fan of the Turkey Chili around this time of year. If you ever go be sure to try it.
Modern setting with new options for ordering ahead, ordering at a quick kiosk, or ordering at your table. Menu is consistent with other locations. They will get you with the .99 add on treat, but who cares? They're so amazing! Coffee was hot and not burned or bitter. Half and half was cold and fresh.
Most the food is good here. I wouldn't recommend the salad though personally. For the price you could make it at home and be more satisfied. Other than that I have no complaints.
This place seems to have trouble with seating. During rush hours it can be really tough to find a place to sit!
Ambrose was our cashier and was amazing! She went out of her way on our order to even get me a center of the pan brownie when there were only corner pieces already boxed. Thank you for your outstanding service!!!
