I had the best pedicure I've ever had today! I've been dealing with ingrown toenails for over a year I've had do deal with so much pain for so long I honestly can't remember my toes not hurting, I'm on my feet at work and it's been pretty hard. This is my second visit with Malee, as she is helping me grow them out, she is so gentle I felt absolutely no pain when she cut my toenails and i feel great! Anyone out there who knows what I'm talking about please let Malee help you, your feet will thank you! Thank you soo much Malee your an Angel!
We also wanted the paraffin wax treatment and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The wax was way too hot and she kept trying to force our hands down into the hot wax that she had simply dumped into a plastic bag instead of doing 3 separate dips like any other place I've gone to. I cannot say enough about how awful this was.
7. When she took them out it was also painful, as she plucked the glue out of my eyelids and got the removing solution in my eye more than once.
My son is 7yrs old and has NEVER had a hair cut...
My father took him in to see Johanna, I sent I picture to my dad aND she did exactly that...my so. Loved his hair and couldn't stop looking in the mirror the whole day... he smiled from ear to ear..
Once we decided that I wouldn't cry if he cut it...lol...
2. My eyelids were GLUED SHUT and had to be ripped apart. Keep in mind that getting extensions should never be painful.
That was 3.5m ago...and we have been going every since.....
3. My eyes felt uncomfortable and once I got home I noticed there was a dab of glue scraping against my eyeball. When I called to complain about the glue, she told me to pick out with my nails. I tried this but it was very painful and it didn't come out until about a week later.

1. Upon arriving, Mai Lee told me she was going to put single eyelashes in but instead put cluster lashes without my knowledge or permission.
I will never go back here. Was trying to enjoy a mother-daughter afternoon and we went to get manicures. My mom said she wanted red nails with a glitter ombre. Mai said she understood so we did not show a sample design, as you can see from the attached image we got anything but! When asked for a refund it was refused and it took a lot of arguing to finally convince her to give my mom credit to get a free manicure (not like we want to go back, but we needed SOMETHING!). My mom is from out of town and did not have time to spend an hour for her to redo them that day.
I went in to get some eyelash extensions but they ended up going HORRIBLY WRONG for many reasons.
5. After about the first week, the extensions clumped and look very unnatural. Some of the extensions would "half way" fall out and be turned sideways but since it was glued to multiple natural lashes, they wouldn't come out.
4. She glued multiple lashes together which caused tension/stress on my normal eyelashes, enabling majority of my natural lashes to fall out.
6. The final straw was when my EYELID SWELLED UP after 2 weeks of having them.
Threading is on point!! This is coming from someone who has been getting eyebrows threaded for 15 years and am very picky about eyebrow shape.
Even to this day he still loves going to get his hair done...
8. Cherry on top is that she didn't get all the glue out, and now I'm stuck with a cluster of my eyelashes STILL STUCK TOGETHER. They have been glued together for over a week now.
One of the most FRUSTRATING experiences I've ever had.
