I went into the store to look for a certain pair of shoes that no one else really had and the price was much cheaper but they didn't have my size so they said come back in one day and they would have thier shipment to check back then. I went back and was looking for someone that worked at the store couldn't find anyone until I see a woman just staring at me and didn't say a word until I walked all the way up to her and I asked if they got the shipment of shoes in she said no so I said OK will they be in this afternoon she said yes and then got really defensive saying if you don't believe me you can go look in the storeroom all that's back there is garbage, I'm not really sure why she got so angry so I left. Later that day I called before going back to ask if they got the shipment again and they said yes so I came back to the store and asked the same woman again if they had the shoes I was looking for and she said I have no idea complaining that she had 87 boxes of shoes in the back to put away so I said well can you go check for me please and she said no if you don't believe me you can go in the storeroom and check yourself now I don't why the hell this woman wantede to go back there so bad but it was getting wierd so I just left again for the third time but this time I called corporate and made a complaint about her. The next day I thought OK I'll give them one more chance and drove all the way across town back to the damn store and guess who's working the same person I asked if they had the shoes I was looking for and she instantly started to help at me in front of my wife and kids complaining about how many shoes were in the back still 87 boxes and I asked again can you please check and she said no your not my priority everyone is so I told her made a complaint about her and I got a %20 off coupon because of it and she said good so I said I'm going to make another one also to let you know and she said good so I did. I did get the name of this woman she's a bigger person and her name is Lynn beware do not go near her I hope she gets a good ass chewing for being the most disrespectful person I've ever had to deal with in customer service.
Service was less than helpful. We were recognized when we walked in the door but never a word spoken until,we were waiting at check out.
