Clean,polite,friendly, helpful, oh my God can keep going on. Easy in easy out all pull thru's and fairly level spots. Loved the location.
Checked in yesterday. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice park and amenities. Centrally located. WiFi not as available/strong as advertised, but we're at the bottom of the hill. Nice pool, playground for the kids, and wooded site.
We stayed there last July 2016 and are coming back to stay longer here in July 2017. This is a top notch park. Kari and her husband do a great job in running the park and maintaining the park. The price are great. Shower and bathroom are VERY CLEAN. There gym and store are clean as well. Customer service is above and beyond excellent.
What a memorable experience we had at Rapid City RV Park. All of the office staff members took the time to help us understand the area that we here visiting and gave us recommendations of things to see and do. The bathhouse and the grounds were SUPER clean. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful little gem.
Clean but I couldn't shake the feeling that the other folks camping were watching me. Idk. I was one of the only tent camps. Made me feel weird.
Update: After spending three months here (travel nursing) we have updated our review to 5 stars. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners and staff are super nice and accommodating. They have updated their wifi during our stay, and it is working much better. After learning a little history about this place; they bought it only a few years ago and inherited a mess. They have been making updates along the way, focusing on systems (electrical, plumbing, water, etc). They still have some work they could do to the landscaping, but like anything done well, it's done in phases. We LOVED staying here and you will too!
