Horrible managment and crooked people bottom line. Apartments are dirty and bad neighborhood.
Poor customer service, manager quit and it took almost three weeks to hear if I had been exepted or not,f ound another appt would not recommend this place to live.
2. Fire alarm routinely sounds for no reason resulting in ear-raping screaming alarm INSIDE apartment until fire department arrives.
I have lived at estes park apart for 4 months so far it harbal neibers up on 3 floor are loud all day never take 3 kids outside kids jumping around all day the manager is never in office matinice man never around i ask for a ground floor apartment the day i moved in and still have not got one and i am disabled very rude people .
1. Manager re-keyed apartment and left no note on door. Had to call emergency maintenance number while locked out. Waited in hallway for an hour.
3. Maintenance can't fix heat. Solenoid valve fails full open whenever thermostat trips and STAYS OPEN. Have to isolate heat completely or open windows.
