Last time I visited this place, all of the pups were on cedar shavings and looked horribly sick and lethargic. I bought a Tokay gecko this spring and it was so ridden with parasites that it died 48 hours later and was too infested to treat with meds. This place needs shut down immediately!

I went there about a week ago and had a great experience! The staff was way more polite and helpful from when I went before. Clean and I love that you can pet the bunnies! All animals were cleaned up after. Last year I wouldn't have recommended this place but I would highly recommend it now! Plus they love to see how the animals are after going home. It's nice to know they never stop caring for these animals!

Sad & pathetic. I work in the mall and pass this place at least twice a day. It is ALWAYS filthy and more often than not, the place reeks of urine and feces. The kitten/puppy enclosure is lacking toys and bedding and is usually full of poop. The animals look sickly and scared. It really is just a wretched place and I feel so bad for the animals there...all of them. Do not buy pets here. This place needs to be shut down. Besides, if you're looking for a dog or cat, adopt, don't shop. Go to the local shelter.

Went in last night and the place was pretty gross. All the animal cages desperately needed cleaning, the bedding for most of the small animal cages was covered in feces and hadn't been cleaned in a week, at least. Fish tanks were needing cleaning and looked like a few had a raging case of ich in them that need to be treated. No signs saying treatment was underway or that they were not for sale until they were healed.

German shepherd puppy all alone in her run looked sad. Mostly sat in the back corner as far from people as possible and not interested in people. Possible mange on her snout? Hair definitely thin there at least. For sale for $1800, which for $600 cheaper you can get from a reputable breeder with AKC papers, hip and elbows OFA certified cleared and with a ~2 year health guarantee. Border collie puppies for $850. I have no idea the going rate on them but at this point would love to have all of them tested for parvo and worms and see how many came up positive.

The worst place to go to. Everywhere needs to get cleaned and they are outrageous on their prices on animals. I feel bad for all these animals that are not being taken care of at all. They are behind glass and they look so sad because they want to play. Someone needs to shut this place down and rescue all the animals.
