One of the owners hit the back of my car with the tow bar and caused a minor scratch. He didn't even apologize. They gave us the oldest trailer because we were taking it o. A one way trip out of town. The store at our final destination was shocked they allowed that old of a unit travel across country. Just not very customer service orientated at the Rapid City store.
