One of the only video rental stores to survive into today's market of discount DVDs and Blu-rays, Mr. Movies has the latest releases (which let it compete successfully with Redbox) as well as a deep inventory of classic movies from days gone by. They have a selection of TV shows and video games, and some movies are still available on VHS tape. They offer a discount movie club, but for anyone who rents too seldom to make this useful, their best deal is 5 for 7, five films for seven days, which gives a steep discount compared to renting a single item at a time.
Terrible customer service, overpriced rentals, poor selection (mainly dvds, few blu-rays, no 4k).

Every interaction I have had with management and staff has been terrible. The store is well stocked and clean but severely lacks in customer service. It was very exciting to be back in a movie store and reminded me of when I was young. I was very excited to continue to rent dvds from this establishment. We rented once and upon return of these rentals, we won't be back based solely on our interactions. My interaction with who I assume was management was garbage when I rented the movies and today I received a call to inform me that I was late returning a dvd, which at first, I thought was fantastic. I have three kids, I am busy, and with 2 of my children and myself being ill, I was thankful for the call because it had slipped my mind. I acknowledged and thanked the employee who called me and confirmed that I would be returning the DVD. The caller then restated in a rude tone that the movie was late and then hung up. So, it's pretty unpleasant dealings. I understood the film was late, and I didn't expect every kindness but a basic "okay" after my acknowledgement of the situation would have been just fine. As stated above, I'll pay my late fee, and stick to my apple t.v.
I have been a customer of this business since it opened years ago. I have always been very satisfied with the staff and quality of product. I hope this business stays for a long time to come. Very few of these left around. Some of us don't have internet.
