The staff was very helpful and professional. It was an hour and 10 minute wait to go back. Don't bring your kids! The language coming out of the people in the waiting room was absolutely atrocious!
If I could give six stars I would. I called this morning to inquire what I would need to bring to the office for a re-computation. Jesse told me not a problem and he could do it over the phone. Professionalism and superior customer service. Thank you.
Everyone was nice and all but it is so inefficient! I've been there 4 times and STILL have gotten the run around and STILL have to go back which I am dreading.
I have always had a positive experience when dealing with the Rapid City office. They are courteous in person and on the phone.
If I could give a zero review for the Rapid City South Dakota office I would. Every time I have come into this office I have gotten the round around about my daughters case. I try to do the first thing on the list to make a complaint and then get told I can't. I've stopped listening to people tell me I can't ever since my son and daughter with a disability was in school and I can't most of the time is a "you really can but you don't know that so I'm going to tell you can't and you won't ever know the difference". I feel sorry for every other person with an intellectual disability that doesn't have someone with them to speak for them I can just imagine how they are treated here.
