This place is a joke, do yourself a favor and hire someone better. Only decent person there was one of the workers I met. She tried to charge over six hundred dollars for a three bedroom two and a half bath. What a joke.
1 star ONLY bc 0 is not an option. I spoke with Karen on the phone on three separate occasions. Our first phone call was pleasant; she quoted me $150 and said she would accept cash or check. I agreed; that price was fair (we were selling our cabin and it needed light cleaning). Since the conversation was going well & she seemed like a good person, I told her she was welcome to take the $150+ worth of cleaning supplies that were in my cleaning pantry since we were moving out of state. The second time we spoke, she had ABSOLUTELY no clue who I was. I gave her all of my information, again. The third time we spoke the price had gone up to $250, would ONLY accept cash and requested I give her the cash personally at another client's home that she was cleaning that very day. Is that appropriate or professional? Would she invite potential clients to my home to pay her personally, letting strangers in to my home, knowing where my family and I live? ...She did not have an office or other means of meeting or accepting payment and I was unable to meet her within her 30 minute deadline she gave, in Rapid at another person’s home, (I live 50 minutes from Rapid), I gave her a courtesy phone call and left a voicemail informing her we would not be able to meet that day. Finally, without hearing back from Karen, my husband called to arrange payment and she said the cost went up to $275 because "we stood her up" which was not true! We. Had. No. Appointment. Set. With. Her. And were not given an address to meet her! Since we were moving & flying out the *****very next morning (which she was aware) we were in a pinch and he paid the amount. While it was our choice to pay the amount that she said we were completely unhappy with how she handled herself and her business. Incredibly unprofessional and took complete advantage of us and our situation. Awful customer service. Hey Karen, enjoy the $275 & gifted cleaning products. God bless.
They did a really good, detailed job of cleaning what they focused on but I think they ran out of time and rushed the last bits because there was some obvious stuff they missed towards the end. The cost ended up being almost four times has high as a competitor's estimate. But if you have the money and they have the time they'll clean your home really well.
Karen arrived with her team and went straight to work. Brought everything she needed to do a great job...complete with the expertise of how to be efficient, professional, and pleasant. Focused on best use of time and best satisfaction of the client...great experience.
