Was passing buy and saw someone taking pictures of the sign, the lady was extremely rude saying don't take pictures of my store and acted very unprofessional. I'm deffently not stopping at this place agin after seeing this. Pretty pathetic.

I was in on Saturday Sept. 16, 2017 and had the best experience. Lady owner I'm guessing was amazing. Such a nice lady. Im a single mom of 3 and she truly made my day. After a long yr from divorce to a dying family member across the country. I was in town getting my car fixed so we can make the 20 hr drive for a funeral if we can. I ordered my kids something to eat and an icee each. She saw me take a sip of my child's icee and asked me what flavor I liked best. When I answered her she immediately fixed one for me and said "mom's deserve something special sometimes". One act of kindness really goes a long way. You honestly made my day! We will defiantly be back!!! Thank you.
The Lady that Manages the Pretzel Place treats all that purchases any product the same. All are treated with respect and dignity. I go to the store a couple times a week and have enjoyed the products and all of the staff. The Manager is very respectful to all makes it a pleasure to go there.
