10/19/2012:They did not provide adequate service after clear instructions on the problem and then did not rectify the situation after a call back. I would not recommend their service for anyone, residential or commercial.
11/7/2012: I contacted them after I hired another company to fix my problem and let them know of my dissatisfaction with their company. They did contact me and said that they had let the serviceman go after having numerous issues with him, and they did refund my money. So maybe they will be alright. I suggested that they follow up on call back's.
