Great car wash.....Just make sure you put your vehicle in neutral and your foot off of the brake.....They don't tell you this and there is no signage indicating this procedure.

First and last time. Price is a little above what I am used to paying back home. Interior was done as well as anywhere else. The wash and dry was horrible. As many bugs on the front at the end as were there going in. Wheel brightener? Wheels were dirty coming out. I had to dry the truck after it went through the towel dry. Lady at the pay booth was a witch. The guys at the wash entrance acted as though they hated their job. For almost $26.00 I expected a better end result. If this is the best Rapid City has to offer (according to the reviews) I should open a car wash in Rapid City. I would own the town.
I went there yesterday and got a reasonably well car wash. What I didn't like is that they stole all my loose change and a pack of cigarettes from my car! Nobody ever answers the phone and I've left several messages for the owner/manager to call me that have been ignored! I sure wish Grafitti's was still open!
