Excellent customer service outstanding tire prices when you're on a budget best in the area and they top off your fluids and check with a wonderful inspection of your vehicle and tell you if there's anything that should be fixed getting in there while it's busy can take hours to get your tires taken care of they are very busy because they're in high demand this causes extended waiting times which is to be expected when you're the one of the cheapest and best mechanic shops
We were stranded on Labor Day and everyone was amazing! They got us in immediately, kept us updated and got us on the way to MN ASAP.
I'd just like to thank this establishment for there horrible service because now I found a way better tire company. My entire family used to go there till they started burning everyone left and right, go in for a simple tire patch and you look in there and they have your damn hood open "topping fluid" yet you never asked for it and they definitely don't have any idea what your running for fluids, synthetic or not or special radiator fluid or not but they take it upon themselves to top it off or the factor you buy new tires from them and 6 months 1,200 miles later the sidewall of the tires bubbles out warning light comes on you stop put on the spare and take it to them and they say it was a nail and won't warranty the faulty tire and yet there's no nail and no scuff marks on the tire side wall but it was a "nail" there's a bunch of tire shops in the area everyone and I'd definitely go anywhere like Tri state tire or Hills tire or bargain barn tire before I'd ever go to these guys
Terrible business and lack of motivation/care. Took my brand new rims there to get tires put on, just to have one of them destroyed by them dropping it. They offered to replace the one rim and they were going to "expedite" it. But, it took 3 weeks to get that one rim in and when I went in to get the rim replaced, I was treated like complete garbage from the "manager" who I believe is named Rex. They put two of my wheels on completely backwards (and I have pictures to prove). And only torqued down one of the five lug nuts on each of my wheels. They WILL treat you like you are not knowledgeable and in the wrong no matter what. I was charged $108 for this incredible service or I "couldn't leave in my car". You'd be better off going to somewhere else. I hope this is solved, and my advice is that you get some trustworthy managers that don't make your business look TERRIBLE from a paying customer's prospective. There is no reason I should've got treated like I did and there is no reason why anyone else should.

I took my vehicle in to have, what I suspected was, a brake fluid leak checked out. I waited 3 hours, as customers came and went (without) appointments. I inquired as to what was happening and the service counter guy said they were having trouble finding the leak (probably because NO ONE was looking for it!) He talked to me like I was just a stupid woman who wouldn't know any better. I had watched thru the glass window into the shop. 3 middle aged mechanics stood around BSing the whole time I was there-I only saw 3 young mechanics actually doing something. I also saw the counter guy turn away a black man that asked for an oil change and told him they were backed up and he should try another time--not to mention the 2 lovely college aged gals who came in to have a tire changed--the middle aged guys made fools of themselves flirting, and even allowed the gals to go into the shop a couple of times...what the heck is wrong with this picture? I will never go back and I will share this info with the 50+ women I work with...disgusting...I demanded they take my vehicle off the hoist and bring it around front and I left.
