Rented a bobcat and used for barely 2 hours and had a flat tire. Tire shop would not fix tire as it had too many plugs and was a retread tire, and was an unsafe tire and was falling apart. Went to load it back up and had a second flat tire. After traveling 1.5 hours to pick up machine one way. Wasted time messing with flat tires. They were not helpful at all and only willing to refund less than a 1/4 of the total cost. What a rip off business!!!
We had a mishap with our Anderson 5th wheel hitch. Don helped us 100% was able to get everything covered under a warranty. We are from Missouri was up in Rapid City for a week. Hitch would of not gotten us onto our next adventure to Montana. A thank you will never be enough for the customer service that we had!!

Rented a 19' Scissor lift for work. One of the best prices I've had this year for pickup and delivery and weekly rate. Lift worked fine but had very rough signs of use. Wish it could've been a little nicer but for the price it worked. Thanks
Just noticed one of my mud flaps on my truck was loose. Stopped at Time Rental. The service department fixed it at no charge. Nice guys!
