Two chips in the past 6 months in the Jeep windshield, two visits to Safelite. Both have been good experiences, as far as window chips go. Very nice employees and very prompt. Even helped get my insurance claim all in order before service. The coffee and soda in the waiting room is a plus as well. Scheduling online was very convenient too!
Had an appt to have windshield replaced. Sat there for 2 hours. They never even looked at car while they worked on other cars who came in later. Left without having windshield fixed. Not happy.
