Word of advise do not give information to peopl the first time they go there then charge them for the information the second time. I paid u what u asked the first time no Need to go back because u feel the information u gave me was worth 65 dollars the second time. You do good work but I feel u charged me unfairly and due to that i will not be returning to this shop.
The owner dose good work ..the first time I brought my car there he changed my thermostat with no problem and told me what eels i needed to fix so i payed him what he asked so i came back to him to have water pump installed and brought the part that he said also needed replaced I bought the wrong part and he decided he was going to charge me for diagnosis on some information about the part he told me to buy and gave me willingly the fist time I went there. I did not see that as fair when I did not ask for that and already payed for my first visit there and ended up paying extra 65 dollars for a diagnoses i was given the first time i ever went to this shop and paid for already. now I will be replacing the knock sensor that I bought the wrong part for my self and will not be returning to this shop. And then proceeded to have words with me about how he doesn't work for free.. I did not like that
SUPERB customer service. The owner is very honest and won't nickel and dime you. Would recommend to anyone!
JAM has great customer service and does great work. My car has been fixed here multiple times and on a few occasions when he couldn't fix it, the owner was able to recommend me to someone who could.
