The staff at Scheels in Rapid City are great. They treat people like friends instead of an open wallet. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you get taken care of. This store is a great example of how all Scheels stores should be.
I can always find what I'm looking for at competitive price. The entrance and exit can be difficult to navigate through if the store is crowded. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful.
Called earlier this morning to check availability for a pair of sunglass lenses. I was told they were in stock. When I arrived at the store an hour later, they didn't have them. Despite this inconvenience, the sales associates and manager were very helpful in resolving the issue. My lenses were then special ordered and shipped for free to my house. They handled the situation very well. Would be 5 star if those lenses had been in stock.
I had really great service in sporting goods that was custom for the product I was looking for. They didn't carry it, unfortunately, but they did offer to order it in if I wanted.
