I have been going to Nail Spa 59 for 3 plus years. I have had nothing but great quality service. From manicures to pedicures to lashes, very good work. I have had many compliments on my lashes and nails I have no problem referring Nail Spa 59 to people! Thank you Darlene for bringing your knowledge of nails and etc to the Rapid City area =0)
I have been a customer of this salon for many years, but my latest appointment with Darlene was beyond professional in a bad way. In my opinion a personal issue was brought to her business and was taken out on me. Maybe some time off before returning to work would have been a good idea. Inappropriate language was used and other clients in salon over heard her rantics. I left feeling shocked and extremely disappointed. I can not refer people to her after the way I was treated.
Eyebrows were done so uneven it's horrible. It has been a few months since and my new salon has been working to correct the issue. One is still slightly down and thinner. I haven't stepped one foot back in this place since
Very upset. Got a gel manicure, and not even 4 days later... my nails are chipping in HUGE chunks. The layer of gel is so thin, and I paid $40!!!! I have been trying to call the place for 3 days now and haven't even gotten an answer! What is going on??? You can't even answer your BUSINESS PHONE?! this is insane to me. I will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Best place in Rapid to get nails done if you are extremely picky about the shape of your nails. Karen is a perfectionist, my nails always look great. And Darlene does fabulous nail art. Make an appointment to make sure you can get in!
