One of my favorite places to take the kids. They always have a blast. Started taking my youngest there at like 6 months. She loves it and I think it really helped with her balance.
It was fun and the were friendly. I wish there was some kind of obstacle course here but otherwise it was a fun time.
Check in process was decent, though slow. Upper level with party rooms is not ADA accessible and there are no restrooms once you get up there but they made sure to put in a snack stand. They also allow candles on birthday cakes that are brought in but didn't make sure that it was compatible with their smoke alarms and 2 kids blowing out candles not only set off the alarms but forced an evacuation of the entire building. The parking lot is not very large and became congested quickly. The kids had fun while there so we may consider taking them again but it will not be a frequent stop.
Staff was kind of rude. Place looked like it could use a good cleaning. Pretty fun though.
Nice big place. Good crowd. No refs on dodgeball court, so gets hectic sometimes. Snack bar up top. Decent overall, normal price.
